What is the minimum number of guests for a private party? +
We cater private parties from 20 guests upwards. For smaller gatherings, our dry hire package with one bartender is the most cost-effective option. Larger parties benefit from our all-inclusive packages with multiple bartenders.
Can you set up a bar in my garden? +
Yes. Our mobile bars are designed for outdoor use and we regularly set up in gardens, patios, driveways and outdoor spaces across London. We bring everything including a weatherproof bar unit. You just need a flat surface and access to a power socket within 25 metres.
How long does setup take? +
Our team arrives approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours before your event starts. Setup includes building the bar, arranging glassware, preparing garnishes and chilling drinks. We aim to be fully operational 15 minutes before your first guest arrives.
Do you provide non-alcoholic cocktails? +
Every event includes a mocktail menu alongside alcoholic drinks. We offer premium non-alcoholic cocktails made with fresh juices, house syrups and botanical ingredients. Popular options include virgin mojitos, passion fruit spritzers and alcohol-free espresso martinis.
